Terri Goodman is the founder and owner of Goodman Bookkeeping & Tax Services. Celebrating 40 years in 2023, she is proud that Goodman has become a family business and loves what she does more every day. She is grateful to her many repeat clients and is looking forward to many tax years to come.
Brittani is Goodman's Office Manager and is entering her 20th tax season with the firm in 2023. As a child, Brittani experienced all the benefits and drawbacks of tax season. Brittani's journey to the office manager role has been a special one, and it is clear that her mother's dedication to the business has influenced her in a positive way.
We are grateful for Lynn's dedication and commitment over the past few years. She has been a valuable asset since joining in 2019 and has continued to provide support and assistance even after her retirement in November 2022. We are thankful that she decided to come back in 2023!

Vyvyan, Terri's mom, is an invaluable member of the Goodman office team. While retired from her legal secretary duties at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, she has been helping out in the office for special projects throughout the year. Her friendly and helpful personality makes her a social butterfly, and we appreciate her presence in the office.

We understand that current economic conditions have placed a burden on many, however, we are unable to offer credit privileges for services. We do offer quotes for our services, however, due to the many unknown variables, quotes are not given over the phone. Income tax preparation is billed by form and bookkeeping services are billed by the hour. Should you have any further questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help.
We understand that e-filing with the IRS has added additional forms and services that some clients require, which can cause a price increase to invoices. We want to make sure our clients are aware of this and are prepared for any additional costs that may come with filing their taxes. We are happy to answer any questions about the forms and services they will need and provide helpful resources to make their filing process as smooth as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
All payments must be paid for at pick up or prior to mailing, with postage charges added for mailed income tax packages. If payments are not made within 30 days, a $35/monthly billing charge and a 2% monthly finance charge will be applied until the payment is settled in full.
